3. Payment Terms Clients agree to pay all fees associated with services as detailed in individual contracts or invoices. Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. 

4. Cancellations and Refunds Projects may be canceled by either party with written notice. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the amount of work completed. 

5. Intellectual Property All content, strategies, and deliverables created by Rachel Ruh Agency remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients are granted a license to use final deliverables for their intended purpose. 

6. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to provide timely feedback, assets, and approvals necessary to move projects forward. Delays in communication may impact project timelines. 

7. Limitation of Liability Terms and Conditions - Rachel Ruh Agency Rachel Ruh Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. 

8. Termination We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if the client violates these terms or engages in abusive or unethical behavior. 

9. Modifications to Terms We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of any changes. 

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona, United States.
